Fullpower Electrics has an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Secretary.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Liaison with clients and staff
- Entering jobs into database
- Making and maintaining job files
- Processing job notes and jobcards
The following skills are required:
- Sound communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Excellent organisation skill and attention to detail
- Hard working and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience working for a Trade business in customer service would be an asset
