SalaryWe are seeking an experienced Medical Secretary / Receptionist to join our team in June 2024.
The role would be part-time at 47.5 hours per fortnight, (based on 3 days one week and 2 days the following week). Must be flexible to cover annual and sick leave from time to time.
The ideal candidate would have experience in all aspects of medical secretary duties including:
- Booking and confirming patient appointments
- Telephone enquiries
- Coordinating busy patient clinics
- Processing patient billing, invoicing and receipting
Additionally, you will need:
- Experience of Genie Solutions Software preferred
- Excellent computer skills, Apple Mac preferred
- Excellent people skills, relating well to our patients, staff and other health professionals.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
