Legal Secretary/Receptionist

Boutique CBD Law Firm seeking experienced admin all rounder. 

Experienced & mature Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant required for busy boutique CBD law practice. 

General reception and paralegal duties, including: 

• Phone management; 
• Diary and file management; 
• Photocopying, filing and mail; 
• Liaising with clients;
• Preparation of client and Court correspondence;
• Billing and invoicing. 

To secure this role, you will have proven experience in the Legal Profession, or relevant certificate qualification and experience in general office administration. 

You will also possess the following skills and attributes: 

• Confident phone manner and presentation;
• Capable of working independently and have the ability to take initiative; 
• Excellent communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Sound typing skills; 
• Experience with preparation of Court documents is advantageous.
