Senior Account Manager OR Account Director Reporting to the Managing Director, be the key point of contact across our not-for-profit and B corp's

Maternity Cover- 6-12 Months
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Super DOE – Pro Rata
Title : Senior Account Manager OR Account Director DOE
Reporting to the Founder / Managing Director, you will be the key point of contact across our not-for-profit client portfolio and their core client partner, a B Corp Bank . This will be fast-paced with tight turnarounds on briefs, requiring someone who can keep-up and deliver, but also push back when required. You will have awesome organisational and project management skills and the ability to multi-task amongst the day-to-day admin.
They have a solid foundation of strong client relationships who trust our business acumen and love our creativity. And they are delivering famously great work (from TV to social, brand identity to branch fit outs), that is making their clients very, very happy and attracting a real buzz and energy.
You’ll also help seal the deal on new client wins and bring them on board seamlessly. Having a solid knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix is essential. You will have at least 5 years of account management experience in an integrated agency with strong ATL and digital experience.
This agency operates as not-for-profit and is a B Corp organization.

Ways of working Hybrid remote model: working in the office in Collinwood Tuesday – Thursday and from home Monday and Friday.
The agency is small, but our impact is big. To make things seamless we control all time and budgets via Streamtime and comms are slick via client-shared slack channels and G Suite.
