Base Salary $104K - $113K + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
The is currently seeking a Senior Administrative and IT Support Coordinator to provide a wide range of operational support services across the School.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
provide project coordination and support to the School across a multitude of continuous improvement initiatives and work streams
oversee daily software and computer administration duties
compile reports, and analysis, prepare charts, graphs and table for presentations and reports
respond to complex queries, explore matters, and source solutions for the work area
provide support in computing systems and software solutions as well as train staff and students on computing systems
Provide Senior Administrative services
undertake ad-hoc projects and other activities.
About you

relevant training and experience with a background in software engineering and computer science preferable
high-level planning and organizational skills and the ability to establish and adhere to agreed project timeframes and deadlines
strong administrative, analytical and numeracy skills
experience in configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting IT technologies and providing IT customer service support
database management, reporting, compilation and analysis skills
experience diagnosing, assembling, upgrading and replacing IT hardware
demonstrated ability to manage and control expenditure
a working knowledge of software programs such as Canvas, Hyperion Reporting Systems, Records Management and Content Management Systems is highly desirable
committee servicing experience desirable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in process automation
