As a Senior Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children. 
About Goodstart Gunnedah:
Join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Gunnedah, where you'll work in a vibrant 66-place centre situated amidst the traditional lands of the Kamilaroi People. We offer engaging rooms from nursery to preschool, guided by the Early Years' Learning Framework, fostering growth in diverse areas such as science, math, and cultural awareness, ensuring each child's readiness for school.
With our intuitive Storypark platform, you'll maintain clear communication with families, supporting children's learning journeys and documenting their milestones. Our outdoor spaces blend natural elements with stimulating play surfaces, promoting environmental understanding and sustainability while sparking imaginative exploration.
As a part of our team, you'll celebrate every child's individuality, nurture their growth and learning, and engage with the community through visits and events, enriching the learning experience and instilling values of contribution and active citizenship. You’ll need:
• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Childrens Check
