The Role:
As a key player in the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Manager and working with the HR Administrator. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performance management support;
- Managing the employee lifecycle;
- Onboarding;
- System maintenance;
- Liaising with a global team; and
- Supporting employee promotions and probations.
To Be Successful:
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Corporate industry experience;
- High attention to detail; and
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
