About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you will be responsible for payroll processing for a number of clients ensuring your role is varied and interesting!
Duties:
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including candidates & clients
- Prepare and lodge payroll tax and superannuation payments
- Provide payroll support and guidance to clients and contractors
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in payroll processing, preferably in the labour hire or recruitment sector
- Strong understanding EBAs & awards
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Fair Work Act, payroll tax, and superannuation requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
