Senior Project Manageer

• Located in the north & western suburbs of Melbourne
• $180k - $200k + super

The Company
With over 200 personnel in the company, this business is well positioned for a longevity career path based in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.The role

• Reporting to the construction manager you will run multiple projects in an autonomous environment
• Delivery of greenfield land development sites from start until completion
• Coordinating site activities, dealing with councils, OH&S, scheduling resources and machinery
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements
• Communicate with clients, councils, consultants, and authorities
• Plan and project programming

How you will be a suitable fit

• 8+ years experience as a project manager in large land development projects in Australia
• Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, and road construction (advantageous)
• Degree in Construction/Engineering valued
• Experience in construction projects up to $40 million
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Appropriate IT skills
