The Job…
As the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, you will be a pillar of professionalism and maturity.
  
Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Contribute to the efficient overall functioning of the office
• Overall responsibility for reception and coordinate staff so that the reception is covered from 8am to 5pm
• Answering and transferring calls
• Greeting clients and providing refreshments
• Maintain files and documents
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and maintain an appropriate supply of stationary
• Preparation of meeting rooms
• Assisting the Client Services team with Manager with adhoc projects
• Coordinate office events
• Ad hoc administration duties and diary management

You…
To be successful, you must have experience with the following:

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Exceptional time management and organization ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be confident to work individually with a sense of urgency
