As the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, you will be a pillar of professionalism and maturity.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the efficient overall functioning of the office
- Overall responsibility for reception and coordinate staff so that the reception is covered from 8am to 5pm
- Answering and transferring calls
- Greeting clients and providing refreshments
- Maintain files and documents
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and maintain an appropriate supply of stationary
- Preparation of meeting rooms
- Assisting the Client Services team with Manager with adhoc projects
- Coordinate office events
- Ad hoc administration duties and diary management
To be successful, you must have experience with the following:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional time management and organization ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be confident to work individually with a sense of urgency
