We are currently on the look out for a really strong candidate who has excellent Customer Service skills paired with a strong Administration background. You will be working in Head Office for a Manufacturing business based in Rowville.
This role is a step up from your regular Customer Service position. In this role you will be the first point of contact for answering Customer Service enquiries. You will then take as much information from the call and you will see which team member in the wider Customer Service team can further assist the Customer. You will triage the calls and delegate. Working with a lovely and supportive team, this role is the perfect next step to take if you excel at Customer Service.
This role will keep you very busy. There is a lot to learn and every day you will be striving to support your team members. This role is fast paced and you won’t be bored.
Duties include:-
- First point of call for product queries
- Entering and updating contact/order details into internal database
- Understanding and learning about 300 + products
- Identifying the appropriate Customer Service team member to follow through on initial query
- Taking as much information possible from initial call from Customer
- Grading the calls if there is a high level of urgency
- Assist with basic Trouble Shooting with products
- Escalate calls to the appropriate team when required
- Following up with Customer queries in a timely manner
- Experience with Salesforce & Pronto is desirable but not a necessity as training will be provided
