Control Automation Solutions Pty Ltd is a busy Automation and Electrical Contracting Company based in Salisbury providing turnkey solutions for various industrial industries. We have an established customer base and are continually expanding.
We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator, the applicant will be well presented, enthusiastic to learn new things, reliable & have excellent communication skills and attention to detail to perform a range of administrative duties. You will play a key role in supporting those working around you to ensure our clients are receiving stellar service.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting service management in various tasks
- Raising jobs / order numbers
- Assist Project Managers and Electricians with their requests/enquiries
- Service and Project reporting with job budget tracking
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Timesheet review
- Travel Booking
- Consistently updating safety registers
- Data entry and general administrative duties
Experience required includes:
- Strong administration skills and demonstrated experience
- Exceptional organisational and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Simpro or other similar service management software is preferred
- Clear English with a good phone manner
- Well presented
- A good work ethic and be self-motivated
- The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Prior experience in a similar role in an electrical field is an advantage
