Description
As Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Respond to all communications accurately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate PM runs nationally (fixed and portables) through liaison with branch staff.
- Provide a high level of customer service around the activities derived from the inbound mediums of phone, email & post
- Effectively and efficiently manage the Field Service (CRM)/Pronto Contract process. This includes the process of contract setup, renewal, maintenance, cancellations, invoicing, contract price management, etc.
- Maintain personal contact with Service Managers and key customers to understand needs and issues.
- Lead a customer centric service culture
- Conduct reporting for Major Accounts, Warranty Sites, Contract Expiry, Price Reviews, etc
- Manage the credit note processes (related to contracts)
- Timely & accurate invoicing of all repetitively billed sites, releasing of 'bulk bills' and the 'auditing' of portable invoicing.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:
- At least two years prior experience working in a fast paced changing administration environment.
- Ideally, experience in a service orientated business.
- The ability to understand situations and solve problems by breaking them down and thinking about them in a systematic and logical way.
- The ability to work, and to get others to work, co-operatively and collaboratively with others.
- Ability to meet and exceed KPI's
- Ability to multi-task, time management skills essential.
- Proven ability to coordinate and facilitate key stakeholders (internal & external customers and suppliers)
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Pronto highly advantageous
