Your New Company:
Our Client is a leading Air Conditioning manufacturer who is customer focused and driven to provide high quality performance and reliability with the goal at making life more comfortable. Located in a thriving suburb within North West Sydney with free onsite parking and close to a number of cafes and food outlets.
Your New Role:
Working in a team of 4 and reporting to the State Service Manager, who is known for their friendly and supportive management style. Your responsibilities will include:
- General administrative duties including responding to emails and data entry
- Responding to customer requests and delivering results in a timely manner
- Provide advice and assistance to customers in relation to basic service technical enquiries
- ensuring more technical or complex matters are referred to the relevant supervisors
- Assist in the preparation and processing of all accounts receivable invoices
- Ensure all Dealer/Installers who log a warranty service call are kept up to date

About You:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration, Service Coordination or similar
- Previous experience in air-conditioning, construction or engineering will be highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
