Haynes are currently seeking a Service Coordinator for a position with our valued client Hastings Deering based in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.
Key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
- Action tasks relating to outside purchase orders.
- Travel and Accommodation bookings for the team.
- Auditing and reporting on incoming Invoicing
- Provide administrative support
- Prepare and post monthly service contract invoicing and adhere to month end timeframes.
- Onboard/Offboard assets & customers in Vision link, My.Cat.com & Customer Portal
- Assist in the development of accurate customer quoting.
About the offer
- Employment on a casual basis
- Monday to Friday roster
- 38hours per week with potential OT
- Attractive rates
Position requirements:
- Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience in a service orientated environment is essential.
- Must be competent using computers & Microsoft office.
- Motivated and strong work ethic with excellent organizational skills
- Be Physically fit to pass a Pre-Employment Medical + D&A Screening.
