About the Role
As the Service Account Manager you will spend your day to day
• Building the Tank Vision Service brand by managing your busy quote portfolio, ensuring quick turnaround times and accurate quotations that our customer can trust
• Delivering an excellent customer experience throughout your dealings. Customers are your number one priority
• Building and developing our customer base by providing a unique and professional customer experience
• Developing strong customer relationships with preferred clients, ensuring repeat business
• Manage an active asset register and service calendar, ensuring our client’s tank servicing is kept up to date and compliant with Australian Standards and relevant codes
• Pro-actively contacting and connecting with facility managers who are responsible for the servicing of our tanks – sell the value!
• Educate and inform your customers about tank servicing requirements – learning standards and technical information
• Monthly reporting and forecasting on service performance – be analytical
• Working closely as a team with the Business Development Manager and Project Manager for Service to ensure your customers expectations are met and exceeded!
Skills and Experience
• Great communication skills – written and verbal
• Strong ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
• Team player – this is critical in ensuring best outcomes for your clients
• Open and receptive to technical learning and training
• Ability to understand technical terminology and a willingness to learn and understand the relevant codes and standards.
• At least 5 years in a similar role/s within fire, plumbing, HVAC or commercial cleaning sales.
• Demonstrated examples of converting leads, growing sales revenue, and hitting budgets
• Existing industry network would be an advantage.
• An understanding of building services, Capex budgets, asset registers
• Experience using a trades-based software such as Simpro, Aroflo would be highly regarded
• Ability to review service reports and upsell required refurbishment works.
• Ability to review sales data, conversion rates and accurately update CRMs.
• Ability to talk to clients, understand their needs and close the sale.
