Service Coordinator - Portables

About the role

Due to internal career progression, we are looking a Service Coordinator to lead our team of Service Drivers in.

This role also involves:

• Managing and allocating daily service runs to drivers to balance the workload for optimal run efficiency.
• Managing customer relationship with servicing issues for toilets on hire.
• Engaging 3rd party contractors to fulfil sporadic demand or emergency servicing.
• Monitoring driver daily hours to ensure safe driving/rest periods are adhered to.
• Ensuring the fortnightly timesheets are reviewed and submitted on time.

Skills and Experience
To be successful in the role you will need to achieve the following;

• Driver’s Licence (minimum C class)
• Process improvement
• Load restraint compliance
• Experience in transport logistics
• Experience in managing people
• Rental or hire industry experience highly desirable
• Working knowledge of Baseplan would be advantageous
