About the role
Due to internal career progression, we are looking a Service Coordinator to lead our team of Service Drivers in.
This role also involves:
- Managing and allocating daily service runs to drivers to balance the workload for optimal run efficiency.
- Managing customer relationship with servicing issues for toilets on hire.
- Engaging 3rd party contractors to fulfil sporadic demand or emergency servicing.
- Monitoring driver daily hours to ensure safe driving/rest periods are adhered to.
- Ensuring the fortnightly timesheets are reviewed and submitted on time.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in the role you will need to achieve the following;
- Driver’s Licence (minimum C class)
- Process improvement
- Load restraint compliance
- Experience in transport logistics
- Experience in managing people
- Rental or hire industry experience highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Baseplan would be advantageous
