1.1 Accounts / Delivery ManagementContribute to the ongoing maturation of Evolve Service Delivery methods and processesEnsure client stakeholders comfortable with evolve delivery Ensure delivery outcomes, milestones are clear and unambiguous. Comms to everyone (expectation management) Ensure appropriate commercial disciplines are in place for each accountGrow the client poolFarm the client – investigate opportunities for growth and new ways to add value and offer additional services.
