Responsibilities
- Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency with Service Desk software (or equivalent platforms).
- Familiarity with call management software (or similar systems).
- Background in offering Level 1 support to customers for Outlook email, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Advanced communication abilities for effectively addressing customer inquiries.
- Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to thrive within a dynamic team setting.
- Experience working with Microsoft products.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
- Deliver high-quality initial support for customers regarding ICT incidents and requests.
- Follow defined processes, including escalation procedures, when responding to requests and incidents.
- Offer constructive feedback on Service Desk processes, procedures, and documentation to enhance service provision.
