GHE Lifting is looking for a talented Service Manager who can inspire a team of technicians, has a history of operational high performance and who can deliver the best possible outcome for our clients.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous history of managing a team of technicians
- Demonstrate a high level of self-direction and initiative
- Able to work autonomously and as part of the team
- Sound written and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and customer focused
- Proven history of Operational performance
- Effective written and verbal communicator
- Be able to utilise IT software for task management, reporting and scheduling.
- Highly motivated and possess an ability to build strong team and client relationships
- Interpret the requirements of the service team and manage priorities
- Commitment and belief in Company Values
