Blacklocks is looking for a standout Receptionist to join our thriving Dealership in Wodonga. As the first point of contact for our service business this individual must show professionalism, enthusiasm and reflect who we are as a business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering and distributing phone calls and messages
- Greeting walk-in customers
- Booking services over the phone and via email
- Receipting eftpos transaction / cash handling
- Daily reconciliation of eftpos and banking
- Management of our fleet of loan vehicles
- Other general reception duties
The successful applicant will offer the following:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others
- A current drivers licence
- A willingness to learn
- A strong work ethic
- Professional communication - verbal and written
- Enjoy working in a fast paced work environment
- The ability to work well as part of a team
