YOUR Opportunity
Based out of Melbourne, as a Services Representative (Power Systems) you ensure customer's power infrastructure operates optimally, minimising downtime and maximising reliability. Covering a diverse range of Industries including Utilities, Mining, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy. Working with advanced power technologies, including Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear & Circuit Breakers / Switches, Protection Systems (Relays) and Distribution Transformers.
What YOU will do Day-To-Day
Preventive Maintenance: Routine inspections, testing and maintenance.
Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems, coordinating with internal teams or external vendors, if necessary.
System Upgrades: Installation and Commissioning of new systems or upgrades to existing systems.
Customer Support: Technical support; offering guidance on operation and maintenance.
Documentation and Reporting: Record service activities, including maintenance reports, repair logs, and inventory management.
Safety: Role model safe-working practices, including adherance to safety policies and procedures.
What YOU will need.... and we can teach the rest!
- Experience as Electrician/Technician with Power Systems Applications
or Maintenance / Industrial Electrician seeking to learn a new technical domain
Electrical Trade Qualification and Licence (recognised in Australia)
A Customer-First mind-set
Experience with Schneider Electric products is great, but not essential
