Position: Short Term Rental Manager
Location: Busselton, WA
Employment Type: Full-time with Flexible Hours – Applications open to experienced applicants with managerial experience.
Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Management: Coordinate and oversee the cleaning and maintenance and the staff to ensure Short term/ holiday homes meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Guest Services: Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, communications and concerns, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Scheduling: Create and manage housekeeping schedules/rostering, ensuring timely turnover of properties between guests. Coordinating and scheduling maintenance.
Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for housekeeping and guest services.
Communication: Maintain strong communication with property owners, guests, housekeepers and maintenance personnel.
IT Support: Utilize your IT skills to manage online booking systems, property listings, and digital guest communication platforms.
Training: Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency with systems in place.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties and housekeeping standards are up to our promised company standards.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong phone communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Experience in using IT systems and software relevant to hospitality operations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Prior experience in housekeeping, guest services, or property management is a plus.
