Due to project requirements we are seeking a multi-skilled Site Admin Officer capable of assisting with Site Administration to join our project team in Townsville.
The Position

Your value
The successful applicant will report to the Quality Manager and Project Manager/ Site Supervisor, responsible for onSite Administration and quality. They must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and be able to work unsupervised and be part of a team.
Duties
- Maintain and manage site office documentation
- Ensure all quality documentation is completed and filed
- Assist with drafting of quality documents
- Administration and management of site processes and procedures.
- Maintain spreadsheets, assist with project reporting requirements and general administration tasks
- Desire to assist with any day to day project tasks as required
Experience and skills
- Desired a minimum 2 years project/office administration experience, preferably in civil construction or engineering environment
- Attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team
