Work Location: Chichester Hub
- Fortescue’s Chichester hub is located on the traditional lands of the Palyku and Nyiyaparli peoples.

8D/6R:4/3 – FIFO ex Perth
Fortescue is currently seeking a Department Administrator to provide day to day administration to the Chichester Hub (Christmas Creek and Cloudbreak)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to site personnel and management;
- Manage site personnel mobilisation, access, transport, flights and accommodation;
- Display strong organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
- Assist with change of condition processes of personnel
- Provide coverage or support during peak periods or to cover absences;
- Recommend and implement any relevant updates to the Administration processes and documentation;
- Daily use of MS Office, INX and Pronto.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in a Site Administration role in the resources sector would be preferred;
- An understanding of mining processes and the multiple demands of site work;
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills;
- Experience with ANAPLAN desirable;
- Proficient MS office skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Current “C” Class Driver’s licence;
- Familiarity with purchasing and procurement processes could prove beneficial.
