About the role
Due to our ever growing operations throughout Melbourne, we currently have an outstanding opportunity for a results driven Site Manager / Construction Supervisor with medium density construction or project experience in building quality, on time and on budget to join our fantastic Glenvill Echo Townhomes Team. You will be primarily managing projects under construction in the Melbourne's South East growth corridors.
You will be responsible for:
- Your portfolio of projects are built on quality, time and budget.
- Establish and manage a quality trade base to facilitate construction
- Supervise trades on site, ensuring the building process / program is followed and OH&S, quality and regulatory guidelines are met.
- Ensure paperwork, forward planning and reports occur as required
Be a Positive Leader and remain focused amidst challenges and distractions
Skills and experience
For us, quality is an attitude not an outcome.
We anticipate that you will possess:
- proven experience in supervising medium density or projects (essential) - 2-3 years
- exceptional communication skills
- demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills
- a strong customer focus, the ability to multi-task and have a flexible and adaptable approach
- the ability to read and interpret plans
- ability to use basic computer operating systems and operating software
- the capability to build rapport across all levels of the business
- a current driver's licence is a requirement for this role.

- not afraid to get your hands dirty
Beyond that, you are reliable, detail oriented, considerate and demonstrate a genuine understanding of teamwork.
