Social Media Junior

We are looking for an entry level Social Media specialist to join our creative team. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of  Social Media campaigns and the day-to-day of our exciting Ecom Social Media platforms. Your passion for Social Media as a communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of Social Media best practices across all Social Media channels.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, driven, self-sufficient and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analyses to consistently improve the company’s Social Media practices over time.

Responsibilities:

• Posting and scheduling all content for our Pinterest account 
• Social media content – overseeing influencer posts 
• Assessing new influencers for suitability with collaborations
• Working with the team to brainstorm content ideas
• Assisting with Filming + Editing reels
• Posting stories with shared influencer content + UGC
• Checking influencer orders as they arrive for quality control
• Monitor influencer orders for updates 
• Responding to Social Media comments and messages.
• Daily engagement with our Social Media community 
• Keeping Social Media folders of video files and links for customers up to date
• Scheduling all posts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for the month ahead
• Influencer point of call for queries, assistance with measuring and advice, placing orders 

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
• Excellent time management skills.
