This is great for a current Creative Sous seeking development or an experienced Jr Sous looking for that next step.  It will reward the right person with a highly organised and professional team, in an environment that encourages knowledge and a go-getter attitude.

The Sous Chef will lead and motivate a big team of 14-16 chefs while maintaining the high level of service anticipated by all guests. Expectations include working closely with the team and running services. That said, for the most part of day-to-day will be organizing the kitchen, training chefs and assisting to run service. A high level of communication will be required.

The Head Chef (who has amazing background and is also very hands on) and the business owners (who are passionate about the industry and supportive of their staff development) will provide the support the Sous Chef needs.

Preferably someone with a Hatted background but not necessary for the chef with the right attitude and skill set. Knowledge of French & Mediterranean a bonus but again but not a deal breaker.
