The Role
The Tennyson is currently looking for a Sous Chefto join the team on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career and start leading a team. You’ll be dishing up pub favourites like steaks, burgers and schnittys as well as a variety of stir-fried specials such as Pad see ew and beef and broccoli.
To be successful in this role you will:
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Confident running a section and working across the kitchen,
Good experience working on a busy grill section and can maintain standards.
Good communication, enjoy working in a smaller team and serving pub classics.
