About the RoleAs the Area Manager for Coopers Brewery in Melbourne's dynamic bayside territory, you'll play a pivotal role in spearheading the execution of national and state plans, with a focus on the on-premise channel as well as a strategic touch in the off-premise sector. Beyond this, your responsibilities encompass supporting new product development, offering crucial internal feedback, and ensuring the seamless completion of sales and administration duties. Collaborating with the State sales team, you'll actively contribute to the attainment of sales targets, foster a high-performance culture, and pinpoint lucrative business development opportunities for Coopers' diverse portfolio.
Skills and Experience RequiredWe are seeking an ideal candidate with a proven sales background in the beverage industry, preferably in a role such as Territory Management or Area Sales Management, focusing on servicing on-premise and off premise accounts.
