JOB TITLE: Specialist Medical Receptionist
JOB TYPE: Full-time
We are looking for a full-time Specialist Medical Receptionist. We have a rapidly growing service with both cardiology consulting and cardiac diagnostic testing being offered to patients.
We are looking for a new staff member who prioritizes the care of our patients and works well in a team.
You will be an experienced Receptionist, preferably with a Specialist Medical Practice background, able to help us grow our service.
Our ideal applicant will demonstrate a mature attitude and have experience working in a fast paced environment with excellent communication, time managements skills and be detail orientated and tech-savvy with a well developed sense of humour.
Key Selection Criteria
- Diploma or Certificate in Medical Administration or similar
- Specialist Medical Administration/Reception experience or similar
- Ability to multi-task in a professional manner in a team environment
- Experience in administration and patient/CRM database operation.
- High level communication, time management and IT skills
- Prior experience with Clinic to Cloud or similar practice software
- Current first aid certificate and police check or willingness to obtain
