- Dealing with urology patients - face to face and over the phone interaction
- Appointment management, making and changing appointments
- Record management - maintain accuracy, confidentiality and privacy
- Account management - patient billing and receipting
- Correspondence - proof reading, letter editing & scanning
- Communicating with hospital, medical, nursing and other health professionals
Must have:
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Good people skills and ability to deal with elderly patients
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Touch typing & Competent computer skills (Genie Programme experience is an advantage)
- Basic grammar and spelling skills
- Work well as part of a team & provide leave cover
- Good time management skills
- Willingness to learn
- Full Covid 19 vaccination
- Ability to wear mask at work
