Come and be part of our new Sydney Hub. We're searching for a senior (or nearly senior) therapist (ideally 4 or more years of therapy experience) who is keen to help regularly supervise and coach regular small cohorts of allied health placement students and student support workers. We're collaborating with universities to provide quality student learning experiences!
Therapists will also have their own NDIS community caseload on the side, at a reasonable target of 4.0 billables per day. The caseload is approx 30% supervision/ 70% therapy.
We'll be growing our team over the next two years into a large well-rounded allied health team working collaboratively to both supervise university students as well as improve the lives of NDIS participants.
Get Paid to Train in Perth!
We're originally based in Western Australia, so our Eastern States therapists get paid to fly over to Perth, and train with their Western colleagues and meet our HQ team as well (we'll be flying over to you a lot as well). There'll be plenty of shadowing opportunities + coaching from our HQ staff giving you the tools, advice and ongoing support you need to help manage and train our up and coming Sydney team!
Flexibility:
Work between 4 or 5 days per week according to your preference with flexi-time arrangements + working from home
Full-Time Wages
Total Remuneration Package $100,000 to $145,000 including:
Seniors: $100,000 Minimum Base Salary, Non-seniors $85,000 Base Salary,
$15,000 to $20,000 (annualised) 3-month temporary caseload starter payment
Typically $6,000 to $14,000 Travel allowance (travel dependent)
Tiered Bonus Commission system, average caseloads = $10-15K but you can earn up to $50,000 Commission for extra efforts.

PLUS 11% ($12,000+) Superannuation

Fair Billables
Our therapists aim for approx 3 community sessions a day, which easily results in acheiving the target 4 billables per day (Seniors) or 3.5 per day (non-seniors). This gives our therapists the chance to aim for the quality of services they want to provide, and not feel so rushed that they compromise therapeutic outcomes, as well as time to supervise allied health student support workers.
Caseload Autonomy!
Schedule and manage your caseload according to your preferences. We encourage our therapists to schedule their caseload at times that work for them, in the locations that work for them, and to work with the caseload they feel they work best with.
Work from Home or Office!
Our therapists have the option of working from home whenever they need, or they can attend our offices and co-working spaces when they're not delivering services in the community
