Staff Development Coordinator

Lead the Staff Development function at two of our sites in VIC - Masada and The Avenue Private in this rewarding permanent part-time position.
About the role
This exciting opportunity encompasses planning, implementing and evaluating staff Development and education across a Multi-site network. You will be responsible for contributing to participating in and evaluating;
- Hospital orientations
- Professional Development/Education programs
- Clinical Competence programs
This role is supported by the Executive Team while reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Services.
About You
To succeed in this role you will bring 5 years' experience in a senior clinical role, ideally with experience in staff training and education. You will be a highly organised professional with the ability to provide operational, clinical and commercial expertise to monitor and drive successful patient outcomes. You will be a strong collaborator with the capacity to engage a wide variety of hospital stakeholders.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience in delivering informal/formal education programs
- The demonstrated ability to apply quality improvement strategies and influence organisational change.
