Reporting to the National Sales Manager this is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of the VIC sales team, developing and implementing strategies to ensure cost effective and profitable operations that are safe, legally, and environmentally ethically responsible. We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, self-starter with a background in the Automotive industry preferred but not essential. You will be sales a focused individual and be comfortable with going beyond the “norm” of a traditional salesperson. You should be able to demonstrate a credible, robust sales focused mindset and the talent and tenacity we need to drive growth and take SWD to the next level. Negotiation skills as well as the ability to influence and sell to a wide range of customers at all levels are critical to your success in this role.
About The Role:
- Manage, guide and lead VIC based sales staff, motivating them to achieve greatness in their roles.
- Manage and maintain the VIC customer base, motivating the sales team to achieve targets and celebrate group success in this area.
- Develop and deliver networking opportunities with the Vic customer base.
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager in the development and delivery of sales strategies.
- Manage a range of financial budgets and Sales Target requirements.
- Implement and maintain the organisational Mission and Vision, to make SWD the Better Choice, following our core values of Courtesy, Manners, Respect and Integrity.

- Ability to learn from and where possible, support a well-established, experienced and supportive management team.
