About the Role
We are actively seeking a dynamic and accomplished sales leader to take on the role of State Sales Manager in Perth at Fletcher Insulation. In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to leverage your passion and innovation to drive sales and client management, positioning our brand as the go-to solution for insulation needs. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional outcomes.
As the State Sales Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of Territory Managers and a Sales Support Officer. Your role extends beyond achieving sales targets - you will play a pivotal part in mentoring and developing your team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Confidence in reporting and analysing sales data is crucial, as you will be empowered to make strategic decisions for your region.

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or Multi Site Manager
- Ideally hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- Experience of setting & managing budgets and KPI's
- Personable leadership style that can influence their team
- Understanding of managing and analysing a P&L
- Exposure to Trade, Building Industry or Manufacturing highly desirable
- Effective and timely problem-solving capability
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Understanding the basics of Manufacturing/Distribution
- Strong understanding of EHS in the workplace
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Confident in presenting to clients and teams
