Strata Compliance Solutions offers compliance services such as Workplace Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Sinking Fund Forecasts, Replacement Cost Estimates and Tax Depreciation Schedules to bodies corporates throughout Queensland.
Strata Compliance Solutions currently supports the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Whitsundays, Townville, and Cairns regions and increased growth has created a need for us to seek applications from highly motivated individuals looking to expand their career in this exciting and fast paced industry.
About the role –
Working closely with a team of highly experienced specialists you will:
- Assist in managing the continued growth of the business
- Take ownership of your role and be responsible for the successful outcomes of your own portfolio
- Liaising daily with body corporate managers, body corporate committees and building managers
- Respond to compliance related queries
- Represent the business at industry and trade events
- Manage and co-ordinate workflow for contractors
- Some site travel is involved
- The successful applicant will ideally be located in Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast.
About you –
You are a terrific people person with:
- A passion for compliance and have a sound knowledge of the sector
- The ability to develop productive working relationships with internal and external clients
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Are highly organised and capable of multi-tasking to meet overlapping timeframes
- High level computer skills, specifically the Microsoft suite and ability to quickly learn specialist programs
- High level attention to detail
- The ability to interpret relevant legislation and regulations
- The ability to interpret accounts
- The ability to be flexible, with a can-do attitude
- Experience in the Strata/Body Corporate industry would be highly regarded
- Fire Safety Advisory, Workplace Health & Safety and Facility Management experience/qualifications will be highly regarded
