About the role  You will support carers that provide care to people living with a disability to receive the services and support required to maintain their wellbeing.   This position is a full-time position based in Camberwell.   Your responsibilities will include: Providing advice and coordination services to carers to empower choice and self-management Plan and implement services and supports that empower carers to participate in activities outside the home and independently of the person they care for.
