About the Role:

Are you a flexible, innovative, and motivated individual with a deep passion for delivering exceptional services and support to those living with disabilities? We're looking for two key roles – A Support Officer and a Support Coordinator. We need individuals with boundless energy, enthusiasm, and initiative who thrive in an agile and ever-evolving environment.

  • NDIS Plan Implementation: Collaborate with NDIS participants, their families, and stakeholders to effectively implement, monitor, and review NDIS plans. Your attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the plan's success will be invaluable.
  • Support Across All Spheres: Support the implementation of all aspects of the NDIS plan, covering informal, mainstream, and community supports, as well as funded supports. Your comprehensive approach will enrich the lives of our participants.
  • Holistic Connections: Connect participants with both formal and informal supports, fostering an environment that enhances their quality of life. Your ability to create meaningful connections will be the catalyst for positive change.
  • Ethical and Customer-Focused: Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain a customer-focused approach to empower participants in achieving their goals. Your dedication to their well-being will be your driving force.
  • Service Provider Coordination: Identify and coordinate the most suitable service providers and supports for participants. This includes overseeing the implementation of service agreements. Your organisational skills will ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ongoing Guidance: Provide continuous support and guidance to participants and their support networks, ensuring that goals are not only set but achieved. Your mentorship will be crucial in their journey to success.
  • Service Coordination: Identify and coordinate appropriate service providers and supports for participants, including managing the implementation of service agreements.

To be Successful:

  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit an unwavering commitment to accuracy, with a keen ability to follow established procedures. Your attention to detail ensures precision in every task.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a team environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues. However, you're also capable of working autonomously when the situation demands it.
  • Positive Attitude: A reliable team member with a positive "can-do" attitude. Your optimism and commitment make a significant impact.
  • First Aid and CPR Qualification: Possess a current First Aid and CPR qualification, or the ability to obtain one. Safety is paramount.
  • NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children: Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) and Working with Children (Blue Card), or have the ability to obtain them, demonstrating your commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support and assistance to our clients.
  • Professional Phone Manner: Exhibit professionalism in your phone interactions, as you will be a key point of contact for our organisation.
  • Driver's License: Possess a current driver's license, as this may be necessary for some aspects of the role.

Join us in a fulfilling role where your passion and expertise will directly impact the lives of those in need. If you're ready to make a difference and support individuals on their journey towards achieving their goals, apply now. Your journey of empowerment and transformation starts here!
