About the opportunity
Flexibility to work AM and PM Supporting Individuals in the Group Homes. Weekend availability is a must. Immediate start for the right candidate.
Assist our clients with their daily routines and skills, such as - Community access, medication, personal care, domestic duties etc. Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports and progress notes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Police check
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Current National Police check (or willing to obtain)
- Current NSW Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle
- COVID Vaccine Certificate
- Exp in Mental Health, challenging behaviours/ non verbal clients
- Qualification or Experience in Disability, Aged Care or related field are essential
- Available to work weekends and AM and/or PM shifts is a must
