In this role you will be supporting the Rolling Stock portfolio for ANZ, collaborating with internal stakeholders across the business. You will take full ownership of your positions allocated to you in this portfolio from the sourcing, screening and delivery of shortlists to the Line Managers.
This is a fulltime, permanent position and can be based out of our North Ryde, Brisbane or Melbourne offices.
Key Responsibilities for this Role include:
- Work with the business to educate hiring managers on recruitment best practice.
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers to support them through the hiring process and become a trusted advisor.
- Develop recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques aligned to the requirements of each role.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through to on-boarding.
- Build talent pipelines for key roles.
- Partner with your stakeholders on employer branding initiatives, promoting Alstom as an employer of choice and leader in the transport engineering industry.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required Includes:
- Team player with a positive, can do attitude.
- Experience in a recruitment agency or in-house experience, ideally within the engineering industry (but not essential).
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent attention to detail and process focused.
- Solid IT and System skills (Taleo, Success Factors, PageUp or similar).
