The Opportunity
Due to business growth and an increase of new client enquiries, they are on the hunt for an experienced Manager to lead their Tax and Business Services team. This role will position you to showcase your client relationship management capabilities, in addition to your leadership and people management abilities in managing and mentoring a small team of accountants.
About You
- Proven tax accounting and advisory experience within an Australian public practice / tax accounting firm
- Prior experience in managing a small team, performance reviews/appraisals and mentoring will be HIGHLY REGARDED
- Have a personable nature that can contribute to a team friendly, office culture
- Must have full working rights to work in Australia
This role will provide you with exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across different industries, excellent mentorship initiatives with the Directorship, and a positive, inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
