Your Career

As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in accelerating the growth of the Australia and New Zealand business. You'll leverage your experience as a Business Development representative to drive sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification. To excel in this role, you should be personable, inquisitive, and perpetually learning. A strong work ethic, persistence, and coachability are your trademarks. You're confident in your abilities, unafraid to take creative risks, and thrive on the daily interactions that come with a sales role. Your Impact

  • Efficiently direct Sales Qualified Leads (SQL's) to a specific Sales District
  • Promote our company's products and services through phone and email, often engaging in cold calls to assess interest and create opportunities
  • Generate potential customers through cold calling and lead qualification from Marketing programs and promotions
  • Follow up on pre-qualified leads with the sales team to ensure timely processing and pipeline creation
  • Document all activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.com
  • Schedule appointments for Field and Inside Sales Representatives, Account Executives, and prospective clients
  • Identify client needs, provide guidance and information about our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Seek and develop new business opportunities in the market
  • Report sales results to the Business Development Leader on a regular basis
  • Stay current with new products and services, including capabilities, pricing, and cybersecurity industry trends
  • Exhibit high energy, a strong desire to achieve top results, and a dependable, positive "can-do" attitude, both over the phone and in person
  • Consistently meet or exceed metrics set by leaders and managers

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience or equivalent military experience required
  • A minimum of 2 years of Business Development experience
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor a small team effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in prioritisation and making well-informed decisions
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is an advantage
