Working with our client who is one of Australia's leading telecommunications providers, the Team Leader supervises, motivates, and leads a skilled team, providing day to day operational and administrative support to achieve performance targets within a contact centre environment. Key responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong and competent leadership skills
- Identify any performance related issues and effectively coach direct reports
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
- Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed
What are we looking for?
- Telecommunication industry and contact centre experience is highly regarded
- Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
- Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritisation, and meeting timelines on deliverable
- Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Key Role Details:
- March start
- Full Time Permanent Position with standard Annual Leave and Sick Leave
- Monday to Friday Roster (7am-7pm availability required)
- No weekend work
- 2 weeks extensive training
- Brand new office on the banks of Ross Creek very close to public transport
