About South Burnett CTC Inc (CTC) - Disability Services
CTC is a registered NDIS provider (and also offers a Fee for Service system if requested) dedicated to offering comprehensive support services to individuals living with disabilities in the South Burnett region.
Responsibilities
As the Team Leader, you will work closely with the Service Manager to oversee the delivery of personalised disability support services in the South Burnett area. Your duties will include providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the CTC Disability Services team, ensuring compliance with NDIS industry standards and legislation.
You will be responsible for frontline support, Support Coordination, Plan Management, and Supported Independent Living services.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Qualifications in Disability Services or related field (desirable)
- Experience in leading, mentoring and supervising staff
- Familiarity with NDIS frameworks including compliance, standards, processes and reporting
- Understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities and the ability to identify, document and access appropriate supports
Salary & Benefits
As the Team Leader with Disability Services, you will receive a salary of $47.50 per hour, in accordance with Level 5 of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award 2010. We also offer not-for-profit salary packaging benefits, allowing you to maximise your take-home pay.
