To be successful in this position, you will have experience in supervision of staff and be able to organise and plan workflows, set priorities and achieve deadlines including preparing rosters, hours, and locations with staff (including weekends). A demonstrated knowledge of and management of building cleaning materials and equipment is required. You will monitor 8 building sites and the day-to-day cleaning in Council managed buildings, aquatic centre, libraries and transfer stations.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $66,381 gross per annum
+ 11% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
