Form of work Apply Now Team Leader/ Senior Practitioner Aldinga (1.0 FTE) Work alongside our collaborative and client focused team, supporting our Family Relationship Counselling Service, Mobile Family Connections Service and School Counselling Service.’The RoleThe Team Leader/Senior Practitioner will have extensive experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. The Team Leader/Senior Practitioner will have comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic theories, models, and underpinning frameworks. The position will work closely with the Senior Manager, Mediation and Counselling Services, to promote a respectful and culturally safe environment for staff and clients. The Team Leader/Senior Practitioner will complete direct client work, with time allocated for site coordination and supervisor duties.The Family Relationship Counselling service is offered to children, individuals, couples, and families who are facing difficulties in their relationships or alternatively, who wish to enrich their family relationships.Mobile Family Connections provides increased opportunities for parents and children to access early learning opportunities for children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development…
