Role Description:
As a Sales Representative specializing in diverse steel Grating and Handrail Systems for industrial, mining, and construction settings, you will be at the forefront of their business expansion. Your primary focus will be to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the industrial, mining, and construction sectors to increase market penetration.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets, leveraging your expertise in steel Grating and Handrail Systems.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our diverse steel Grating and Handrail Systems to effectively communicate their benefits and applications.
- Proactively seek out new business prospects, initiate sales meetings, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience within the industrial, mining, or construction industry, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of steel Grating and Handrail Systems and their applications within industrial settings.
- Highly motivated, dedicated, and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and business development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adjusting strategies to meet evolving market demands.
On Offer:
On offer will be a salary of $110k-$120k (dependent on experience) + Super + Car + commissions
