We are partnering with a proud Australian well-known ASX Listed global consumer brand that is on a continued growth trajectory. The supportive, collaborative, and highly professional HR team is now seeking a Training Administrator to join the team.
This newly created role, can be based in Sydney CBD or the beautiful Riverina region of NSW. You will be reporting into a Training Manager and providing support across maintaining training data, maintaining an LMS, reporting & monitoring training feedback. Our client is seeking a systems & data savvy individual who has an eye for detail & the ability to multitask in an everchanging environment.
About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- Provide administration support in the allocation of training or updating of information
- Management of the training calendar
- Data entry and storage of training documentation
- Assist with the monitoring and evaluation of training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Provide training reports
- Manage and maintain a LMS
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Previous L&D Administration experience or LMS Administration experience – with an interest in expanding your toolkit with a passion to learn & develop
- A Cert IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- A strong attention to detail & ability to multi task.
