Our growing business has a Training Officer vacancy and it’s ready to be filled by a person who prides themselves on being a fantastic training administrator, while working closely with our operational teams.
About the Role
A great career opportunity exists for a dynamic and skilled Training Administrator to demonstrate their skills and to continue to grow with CQFMS. Join our fast paced & high performing team where you'll really partner with the business to achieve outstanding results.
You will be responsible for:
- Booking inductions for employees with BMA, Glencore, Anglo and other parties as required
- Responsible for updating employee records with all training records
- Success Factors Training and assistance to employees/staff
- Coal Board Medical bookings
- Scheduling training for qualifications/competencies expiring.
About You
Successful candidates will have experience/skills in the following -
- Prior Training Administration experience
- Previous site/mine administration experience
- Prioritising and managing timeframes and deadlines
- Have a high attention to detail
- Be an effective communicator and have sound engagement skills
- Be confident, flexible, team player and show initiative
- Enthusiastic and want to be part of a fun, energetic and growing team
